OBJECTIVES
To become a copper producer in its own right by 2013.

To become a gold producer by 2012.

STRATEGY

Leverage off previous mining operations and related exploration
databases, well established regional infrastructure and third party
spare processing capacity with four areas of focus:

1. White Range Project - Copper: Develop Copper cathode
metal and Cobalt production from treatment of oxide ore, 15ktpa to 20ktpa Cu.

2. Gilded Rose and Mt Freda - Gold: establish JORC resource position and reopen previous gold operations - CIL and heap leach.

3. Flamingo, Jessievale, Mt Morris and Evening Star - Copper: Further develop sulphide targets - suitable for production of Cu concentrate for smelter feed. Investigate ore feed or toll- treatment arrangements with third parties, minimal cap-ex.

4. Regional - copper, cobalt, molybdenum and gold. Investigate drill ready targets with strong mineralization potential
